Dr. G.S. Kang
Dr. Kang is a co-owner and dentist at Sherwood Park Dental Care Centre. Alongside Dr. Bains, he took over the practice 24 years ago and has grown it into so much more than a dental office — a place where patients feel like family and lasting relationships with the community are at the heart of everything they do.
Outside the office, Dr. Kang has been happily married to Dr. Bains for 33 years, and together they've raised two sons — his greatest source of pride and joy. You'll likely find him camping, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, or taking care of projects around the house. His commitment to compassionate, quality dental care continues to be the foundation of everything he does.

Dr. B. Bains
Dr. Bains is a co-owner and dentist at Sherwood Park Dental Care Centre. Along with Dr. Kang, she took over the practice nearly 24 years ago and has proudly cared for generations of families in our community. For just as long, she has also dedicated one day each week to providing care at the Glenrose Dental Clinic.
Outside the office, Dr. Bains has been happily married to Dr. Kang for 33 years, and together they have raised two wonderful sons. She loves camping, hiking and long walks with her family, tending to her garden, cooking for family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and keeping up with what's happening around the world. She approaches both her work and her life with gratitude, kindness, and appreciation.

Dr. Anshuman Modi
Dr. Anshuman Modi received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2011 from the prestigious BFUHS, India. Since 2022, he has been providing dental care in communities in and around Edmonton — including West Edmonton, Wetaskiwin, Central Edmonton, and South Edmonton.
Dr. Modi brings together his compassionate nature and dental skills when treating his patients. When he's not working in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Meet Lisa
Lisa has been a valued member of our team, working alongside Dr. Kang and Dr. Bains since 2010. She is married, a proud mom of three, and has called Sherwood Park home since 2007 — she can't imagine living anywhere else! Lisa loves building relationships with patients and helping create a warm, welcoming environment.
Outside of work, you'll find her cheering on her daughters at the hockey rink, attending church, or spending quality time with her family. Love, laughter, faith, and family are at the heart of everything she does, and that caring spirit shines through every day.

Meet Tara
Tara has been a valued member of our team, working alongside Dr. Kang and Dr. Bains since 2013. Born and raised in Sherwood Park, she is proud to call this community home and has also raised both of her daughters here.
Outside of the office, Tara enjoys spending time in her garden, getting lost in a good book, and caring for her two beloved puppies, Copper & Farley. Whether she's at home or in the office, she brings kindness, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Meet Jami
Jami has been a valued member of our team, working alongside Dr. Kang and Dr. Bains since 2012. She is married, has three wonderful children, and lives in Edmonton. Jami loves being part of our office and enjoys building relationships with our patients while helping create a warm and welcoming environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her daughters at cheer, riding bikes, gardening, and making the most of the outdoors. Her caring nature shines through both at home and at the office.

Zaineb is the newest member of our team, and we're so excited to have her! Happily married, she has been living in Canada for almost two years and is enjoying every opportunity to explore Edmonton, discover new adventures, and learn new things alongside her husband.
